When we are reactive to a situation or circumstance, it’s an indication of a wound or emotional trigger for healing. When we face the wound, the corresponding trigger releases itself and our awareness expands beyond. The reaction is an indicator, not the culprit. It’s our state of being that dictates our feelings and emotions. The mind and its innate ability to expand, will seek out more of its most dominate state. A mind at peace looks at situations through a different lens, seeing the broader picture. Our natural desire to have inner peace is real and possible. Through conscious effort we create a shift in our mental patterns, which leads to new ways of thinking and being. Less mind and more heart is key. Inquiry, reflection and silence all lead the way.

Our reactions to life mirror our inner dialogue
